We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (such as stones) for reasons not due to our error.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

✔ In the same condition that you received it
✔ With tags and original packaging
✔ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

2️⃣ If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
3️⃣ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
✔ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
✔ Refund times depend on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping Costs
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚚 If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
📦 For security reasons, do not disclose the package contents when shipping.
📦 Silvers Legends is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Upon receiving your return, Silvers Legends will verify the item’s condition before processing the refund. Jewelry must not be damaged or show excessive wear within the 14-day return period
