Simplified Return & Refund Policy
(effective for all purchases from Silvers Legends)
1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility
To qualify, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging, with all tags intact

Accompanied by the sales receipt or other proof of purchase
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

Email silverslegendsrings@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided in our approval email.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right (replacement, repair, or refund).

6. Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return it (steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.
7. Refunds

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank or card processors may require additional time to post the credit.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

8. EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period to cancel or return your order for any reason. All other eligibility conditions still apply.
