All of our jewelry is custom designed and handmade.

1. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

2. It takes 3 - 15 days to be made, depends on the jewelry.

3. Delivery is about 3 - 20 business days, depends on the country and type shipping

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Delivery estimates

After the jewelry is ready, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship Worldwide, the price for the delivery is fixed, depends on the delivery zone...
For Purchase over $179.00 to USA, Canada and EUROPE the shipping is for FREE!
